Representing the association with regard to
any matter which is of general importance to the association.

Maintaining discipline amongst the members of
the association. |

The regulation and control of the finances of
the association, regions and specialist clubs. |

Any contract on behalf of the association
regarding its affairs and property. |

Representing the association in any court of
law with regard to any matter which involves the association or
executive committee. |

Fixing the dates and stipulate the rules for
any show presented by the association. |

The election and appointing judges for the
annual Championship Show. |
 |
Determining the prizes awarded at the annual
Championship show by the association. |
 |
Appointing persons to the posts of the Editor
of the Fancy Pigeon magazine and the ring master after having
received nominations from the regions and after considering the
financial implications and their abilities/qualifications. |

Undertaking the examinations and
qualifications of candidate judges. |
 |
Laying down regulations and make
recommendations at the Annual General Meeting regarding the
improved functioning and well being of the association. |

Subject to the regulations of its
constitution, to delegate any of its powers to a committee of
its members or officials and may at any time terminate such
delegation |
