1. The financial year of SAFPA is from 1 January till 31 December. This means that membership fees always expire on 31 December irrespective the date you have joined for the first time

2. If you join before 30 June, pay the full amount of the membership fee for a year.

3. If you join after 1 July of a year, you have to pay half the applicable membership fee.

4. The application and monies need to be sending to the Ring Master and all rings needed must be ordered from the Ring Master. No rings will be supplied before all monies are paid in full.

5. An entry fee is applicable to all new applications and also to previous members that rejoin after an absence of one year.

6. If you want to join SAFPA, print this and the following pages, complete them and mail or fax them to the Ring Master with the necessary monies. However, it is safer to deposit the applicable money directly into SAFPA's account and mail or fax the depots slip with your application form - see banking details above.

1. Die finansiële jaar van die SASV strek van 1 Januarie tot 31 Desember. Alle ledegelde verval altyd op 31 Desember, ongeag die datum daarop u vir die eerste keer aangesluit het.

2. Betaal die volle ledegelde per jaar indien u voor 30 Junie aansluit.

3. Indien u na 1 Julie aansluit, betaal u slegs die helfte van die ledegelde van een jaar.

4. Die aansoek en gelde moet aan die Ringmeester versend word en alle ringe moet direk van haar bestel word. Geen ringe sal voorsien word voordat alle gelde betaal is.

5. 'n Intreefooi is betaalbaar vir alle nuwe aansoeke en ook vorige lede wat na 'n afwesigheid van een jaar weer aansluit

6. Indien u wil aansluit, druk hierdie en die volgende bladsye op u drukker uit, voltooi dit en pos of fax dit aan die Ringmeester saam met alle gelde. Dit is veiliger om verskuldigde bedrae direk in die SASV se rekening in te betaal en die depositostrokie saam met u inskrywingsvorm te pos of te fax -sien bankbesonderhede bo.
