The
Club was founded on 7 July 1989 in Welkom. Founder members
were -
BA van Zyl, Ben Nel. JF Britz, Gerrie Engelbrecht,
Koos Conradie, Attie van Aswegen, Lenard Groenewald, Chris Cronje,
Jan Cromhout, Daan & Christine Badenhorst, |
The
Club had its first Auction of Chinese Owls during the 2010
Championship Show.
For the auction in 2011, senior breeders
received each 1 ring to ring a youngster for this event. In this
way quality Owls will be in reach of every serious breeder. |
Sound
relationship amongst breeders and exhibitors is a strong point of the Club. The Club
challenge its members to exhibit for the first time more than 200
Chinese Owls during the 2011 Championship Show in Pretoria.
